POLICY
Diamond Nails & Spa is a full-service spa and salon with a friendly relaxing atmosphere. We pride ourselves in maintaining a clean work environment for your health and enjoyment. We have a team of nail care professionals with high training, aspiring to make your experience at Diamond Nails & Spa a satisfying one.
At our salon, we follow the following policy for the mutual convenience of the customers and the salon.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we may require you to reschedule.
- We have the right to refuse to serve people who are rude to us or other customers.
- No loud phone calls or conversations are allowed inside the salon.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items and gift cards.
- We use disposable pedicure liners, buffers, files, pumice stone, and waxing stick to protect you from infections.
- Please note: Ingrown nail cutting is not part of our services. Our staff may assist upon request, but the salon is not responsible for any issues that may arise.
- If you are not satisfied with your technician, you may request to switch to another one.
- We do not provide refunds on services. However, we will try our best to address your issues with services.
- We provide nail guarantees for one week. A charge will be levied if you wish to fix your nails after one week.
- Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm the prices with the nail techs before receiving the services.
- For all promotions, each customer may only use one discount per visit. If two promotions overlap, the customer may choose only one discount to apply.
